Rachelle blends the worlds of therapy and coaching by implementing aspects of her Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with coaching. Rachelle brings in her trauma-informed lens, theoretical frameworks, and the traditional model of meeting weekly with her clients in her program. Coaching allows Rachelle to weave her lived wisdom and passion for storytelling into each client session to create a deeply impactful and personalized experience.

Rachelle has spent over a decade working with individuals and groups in the wellness, yoga, and mindfulness capacity. Rachelle has various certifications from yoga to breathwork to energy work. Rachelle has led international yoga retreats around the world. Rachelle has deepened her education by obtaining a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy where she studied and learned how to be an trauma informed, effective and compassionate therapist. Rachelle had her year long supervision and internship at a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center. Rachelle continues to work at a different drug and alcohol rehabilitation center in LA, supporting individuals who are struggling with addiction and mental health. Coinciding with her degree and resume, Rachelle continues to deepen her wisdom by reading books, listening to podcasts, and by continuing to engage in her own personal therapy and healing.
